How to install it

Privileges

Administrator (you): Can add/remove/inactive/active managers, moderators, users. Also can add/edit/assign/remove departments and view/add/edit/remove tickets and add/edit replies. In simple terms, admin can do anything!

These exensions are installed on 99% of shared hosts so you most likely won’t have any issues. If you are running a VPS you can install them yourself.

If you want to make sure, you can copy this PHP code, paste it on your server somewhere (e.g. name it zaport_test.php) and execute it (visit it from browser). It will display if your server is ready to run zaport.
