   I used this book for my English I & II class in my nursing program. Although we didn’t explore every chapter, the book served its purpose well. It has enough in it to get you up to speed with college-level writing. It can help you to be a better writer, but also just to learn correct formatting, such as APA style. It has a lot of good writing samples by both students and professionals that are relevant to the chapter’s subject matter.
