    As new to tablets this book runs circles around the instruction book, explains procedures in detail how to use the Galaxy 10.1 giving tips & a little humor. Book has many pictures some colored & many illustrations. I would recommend this book. Suggested retail $24.99 US on back cover.

    Not being the most technically endowed, this book answered all the questions I had about the Samsung Galaxy 10.1 Tablet and more!     I purchased a Samsung Galaxy Tab 2 10.1 from a dealer and took it home with the hope of customer service the store promised. The tech support does not cover how to use the tablet. My mistake.
    So I bought Dan Gookin’s “Samsung Galaxy Tab 10.1 for Dummies” which Amazon sells, thinking to teach myself. Turns out I’m a bigger dummy than I thought. This book is for the first version of the Samsung tablet. The Galaxy Tab 2(!) 10.1 has a lot of things different. If you have a Galaxy Tab 2 10.1, this book is NOT for you. It won’t help you very much at all. There is no version out covering the Tab 2. I’m getting rid of the book for Dummies I bought. Remember, the Tab 2 is also very different from the Galaxy Note tablet.
