I was one of the first to preorder the book when it came out. After reading it, I was disappointed by many errors on the code. The author was the first to contact me to return the book and buy the new printing which fixed all the errors. I couldn’t return it because the 30 days return policy from amazon was expired. I wanted to buy the new copy and bought the same book but this time with the livelessons tutorial. The book is perfect no more errors. I love this book and the author is great on explaining everything in detail from installing ruby on rails, writing your first application and deploying it. The book for me is 5 out of 5, Michael Hartl is one of the best. The video tutorials are great too but in this bundle they are not complete. You get only lesson 1,2,3,4 and 5. It is missing lesson 6,7,8,9,10 and 11. I thought with the bundle i would have gotten all the lessons not only half of them. In order to have all lessons you have to go on informit webpage and buy them. This is not explained in the description of the bundle here at amazon. If I knew this I would have bought only the book and not the incomplete bundle.
